I sent money from the US to India on August 21, and it still hasn’t been deposited. I used Abound at the beginning of this year as well and had a similar issue, but I naively decided to give it another try hoping things may have improved after 8 months, but sadly they had not. I reached out to customer service and, again, didn’t get a straight answer or a clear timeline. I also looked through other reviews and was not very surprised to see so many people describing the same problems with delayed transfers and poor communication. When you’re sending money to India, you need to be able to count on it being there when you need it, and right now I simply can’t count on Abound for that. I won’t be using this service again.

This is worst money transfer service, i had my transaction failed for 20 times and no customer service resolved it properly, one transaction finally went through successfully, i however was deducted money from source account but it never got deposited in my target account yet, it is been 45 days passed taking money, Dont get scammed by name as Times of India. this is Fake times of India. i am suffering from last 45 to interact daily, every day same response comes from AI but i never got back money

Worst company for remittance. Takes a month to send money. Never on time. Fake promises!!!

I suggested people, do not use this it is scam, I transferred my money 23 July 2026 today is 20 aug 2026 still I did not get my money in my account, there is no support team , I have email lots of time no one replying.

transferred on july-16 , today is august-19. before the did respond to me emails for delayed transaction , writinmg to me , that money is safe , and will be transferred in few days . money still NOT transferred , in app they changed the status to delivered . created multiple tickets , asked for human agents , no response . i am never ever using this app , will be uninstalling it , hopin for the matter to be resolved .currentky workimg with my bank to mark it fraud , and take the action against this .

Lack of communication and customer service is garbage. They are not able to transfer the money to India and when I asked for a refund they said they can’t do it since the refund window is within 30 minutes. It’s extremely hard to get a hold of human agent. My $1k is stuck and going to file a complaint here in US and willing to take any actions against them.

Pathetic money transfer service, they will commit your higher rate and good speed. When you actually initiate a transfer they will say "Name mismatch detected" and hold your funds for weeks and lastly will say it doesnt qualify for higher rate. I will recommend to not use this service

Transfer was initiated on 14th July and cancelled on 2nd August as there was delayed from their end. Now i am following up for days and they are not refunding the money. Every time I send a query, same 2-3 guy named Hemanth and Dhritendu send same email asking for more 2-3 days or 3-5 days, 1-2 weeks. Is this a joke? Give my money back.
