⚠️ URGENT PUBLIC WARNING: REMITTANCE ALERT Regarding Abound Money Transfer
10/23/2026 BEWARE: Held $5,000 in limbo for weeks with zero customer support! Do not trust Abound Money Transfer with your money. I initiated a $5,000 remittance to India (Ref: REF3925746004), and the funds completely vanished into a black hole for nearly a month. The money never arrived at the destination, and it was not returned to my account. When I reached out to customer service for help, I was completely stonewalled with total silence and automated deflections. They will hold your funds for an impermissible duration and offer zero accountability. I only received my money back today after taking extreme measures: issuing a formal executive demand letter, citing Federal Regulation E violations, and filing official complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Texas Attorney General. If you do not want your hard-earned money held hostage without any communication, use a different service. Abound's predatory business practices and nonexistent customer support make them completely unreliable. Save yourself the stress and stay away. ---------------------------------------- 10/22/2026 URGENT PUBLIC WARNING: REMITTANCE ALERT Regarding Abound Money Transfer ⚠️ I am sharing this post to publicly raise awareness and warn others about severe service failures and potential regulatory violations regarding Abound, a money transfer service. On September 30, 2026, a critical remittance transfer of $5,000 USD was initiated to India under Reference Number REF000000. As of today, October 22, 2026, the funds have vanished into thin air. They have neither reached the beneficiary in India nor been refunded to the sender's account. This extensive, three-week delay is not just a customer service failure; it represents a clear and direct violation of the Federal Regulation E error-resolution timelines designed to protect consumers making international remittances. To hold the company accountable and recover the missing funds, formal legal and regulatory escalations have been initiated: • An official Executive Demand Letter has been served directly to the Abound Executive Support and Compliance Team giving them a strict 3 business day window to provide a definitive status update. • A formal consumer complaint has been logged with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). • An additional complaint has been filed with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. We are demanding an immediate tracking and trace of the remittance, a full refund of the $5,000 principal amount plus all transaction fees, and appropriate financial compensation for the severe financial hardship and distress this extended delay has caused. International money transfers are vital lifelines for families. When a company holds onto thousands of dollars for weeks without resolution, it puts families at risk. If you or anyone you know is currently using or planning to use Abound for international money transfers, please exercise extreme caution. Be aware that you may experience severe delays. Please share this post to protect your friends and family from facing the same financial nightmare. #ConsumerProtection #RemittanceAlert #AboundMoneyTransfer #CFPB #RegulationE #FinancialAlert #RemittanceToIndia
