Great Staff but more tools needed
Great staff but John Hancock needs to provide them with the tools to be greater. Nico was awesome but unfortunately updated information wasn't available to him. The promotion is the Apple watch but no information regarding utilizing android devices was available, I had to look it up. He also mentioned that the Apple Watch 5 was available, yet I just received an email that it won't be available until November. In regards to policies, amazing. He was able to find an affordable plan to fit my needs without over pressuring me into unneeded coverage. There just needs to be better continuity between Vitality and the sales agents.

I love it. And I love my watch tooooo. Thank you!!! If I kw anything John is the you kwww, and if you dnt believe this your crazy, just kw if it’s talking bout giving you something to keep you healthy their not lying to you.

I love them, not only do I get help with videos and headspace, a free fitbit and a reason to walk and run daily

I switched my insurance plan to John…
I switched my insurance plan to John Hancock, because JH was promotoing through Acorn, the investiment company that I have an account from. I'm not going to lie, I was allured to get a free fitbit watch and that is why I went for their insurance. However, I really like the affordability and the concept of healthy living JH is promoting for its users. I am very satisfied so far and glad that I found about this not-so-conventional insurance company!
