Communication was good at first them went down hill after that. It was taking forever for the Dr to approve my second round of meds and I messaged quite a few times asking what the Dr said because I only lost 4 lbs in 4 months. I've been on tirzepatide before and did very well with a different company. I don't know if it's the pharmacy they are using or what!! DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

My order came pretty quickly and I appreciate their support team with updates on when my order would be ready. Even after I received it, they messaged me letting me know if there are any other questions or support, they are available anytime. I found that so helpful, especially it being my first time using GLP-1 injections. Will definitely reorder.

Got the right medication in a quick timeframe. I was expecting it to take 2 weeks or More and I got it from start to finish in 1 week.

Well, when I 1st started with JM I was happy. I started with the BOGO offer which was great. This time around the link was still active so I placed my order and the price was not honored and to my understanding, I was locked in for that rate. So, I had to pay the increase. Had I known prev, I may have went elsewhere. I went with them for the deal and the reviews. So be it. However, they switched pharmacies and the doses have changed. They are now less and they are confusing. I was prev on 10mg and titrating to the next, which should've been 12mg and 15mg, but was only prescribed 11mg and then 13.5mg. The Dr's talk around your questions and don't answer you directly 🙄 when you ask questions about the doses. I feel that the total amount had decreased and that I did not receive full vials with correct amounts as I did with the previous pharmacy. They have advised me that dosing has changedand 13.5mg is now the highest dose, but won't provide info that supports this. I was once happy and no longer as happy as I was in the beginning when things were more clear.

At first I was hesitant purchasing medication online but Karim did a great job reassuring me. He explained the process, addressed any concerns I had, and answered all of my questions. Karim was responsive and went above and beyond with his great customer service. Delivery was quick and he even reached out the same day I received my package to confirm its delivery and answer any questions. I would recommend to anyone that asks!
