Incorrect information
Please, Be aware that information that I was provided was incorrect and then the sales person backpedaled. Not only the sales person try then play it off as she was not done offering me other options after I corrected her, I did let her know when I sent her the following text. Next time you speak with someone about these medications, please make sure you have the correct information before providing an answer. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are not the same medication, and they should not be presented as if they are interchangeable. The fact that you initially gave me incorrect information, then backtracked and came back with a different price for tirzepatide, raises serious concerns about the accuracy and consistency of what you are telling customers. This kind of misinformation damages trust and reflects poorly on both your credibility and your company’s reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make sure other customers receive accurate information moving forward.

Thank you for the feedback. Accurate information is the foundation of how we serve every patient, and we're sorry this conversation fell short of that standard. We've reviewed it with our team and have reached out to you directly. We'd welcome the chance to make it right.
