I am using Jobscan. co for my job hunt and this site has been really helpful. Moreover I encountered an issue where I have made a mistake in my subscription and the charge has already been debited to my card account. The staff member Phoebe helped me on chat immediately and I was able to to get it rectified. Lo and behold I have again made a mistake in my new signup where my card account was charged and she rectified that issue as well. Jobscan.co is a great site and the staff involved are even amazing. Thank you Jobscan.co, I will definitely recommend you to many.

Fantastic service! I can't say enough good things about Jobscan, its an extremely useful tool to optimize LinkedIn, job hunt and track your progress. Every experience with their customer service team (which have been mimimal) had been exceptional. If you're on the fence, just do it!

I used Job Scan to help with my resume optimization and I found the tool was extremely helpful with my job search. The customer service was excellent. Each time I reached out for help / knowledge, I got a detailed response back in a very timely manner. Ronel Lope provided great customer service as did the other reps I worked with. Great software, great customer service.

Used to be quite good and helped me land my first interviews and internship out of college. It would let you paste in your resume and the job description and go from there. It would give you a percentage basis for how well you aligned with the keyword soup that ATS wants to see. I went back after six months as my internship comes to an end, I can cancelled my amount, and they allow me two free scans. I paste in my updated resume, and it forced me to choose one of its templates. I did so, and it proceeded to delete two thirds of my resume because Jobscan's software couldn't parse my clearly defined experience, education, and projects sections. Then, rather than a percentage, it just told me my match rate was "Low" (how helpful) - because it had just deleted a majority of my resume! I hit the back button to try again - try another format perhaps - and guess what! That was one of the "free" scans they'd offered me! What joy! Jobscan has made their service harder to use and less accurate for what reason?

As an African with a developing economy, normally we consider the payment, surely it was friendly.

Signing up for jobscan.co was straightforward. However, my experience using it to optimise my resume for job applications was disappointing. The keyword suggestions generated by the platform seemed irrelevant to many of the positions I applied for. Additionally, regardless of the job description my score consistently remained around 58%. This lack of variation made it difficult to gauge the effectiveness of the tool. It would be helpful if jobscan.co could provide more transparency regarding the algorithm used for keyword selection and scoring. Additionally, seeing examples of successful resumes with high scores corresponding to specific job types could be beneficial for users. While I wasn't able to leverage jobscan.co to improve my job search significantly, perhaps it functions better for certain industries or resume formats. Overall: If you're looking for a basic resume builder with a keyword suggestion feature, jobscan.co might be sufficient. However, for a more dynamic and personalised resume optimisation experience, I would recommend exploring alternative solutions.

My last two jobs, including one that was just finalized yesterday, both came from Jobscan. The system *works* to get your resume in front of the people who can hire you.
