There was a little delay in responding to my initial email after registering for the service. This was due to the impact of COVID-19, staff members having to working remotely and a delay in my case being assigned. Once an assignment was done, interactions onwards were very good.
The person assigned to my case was very insightful and was able to extract the key tasks/outcomes from my original resume and compose one that not only showed my experiences in the IT industry but also the impact and quantifiable outcome of past roles that recruiters do like to see. It was much easier to read and to the point. My old resume had too much information which made it hard to read and focussed more on my technical experiences and abilities.
The cover letter was also to the point and was well summarized.
Great service and great job.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM (Read my experience)
I was promised my resume to be delivered to up to 70 companies, after a month it has only been presented to 39, and only one of the recruiting companies had viewed the resume.

I PAID FOR MY RESUME TO BE DELIVERED TO 70 RECRUITERS, AS IT IS STATED ON YOUR MAINPAGE. THIS WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM. After a full month only 1 company out of 70 the 70 promised has viewed my resume.
And during this whole process they haven't been able to even use my name properly.
UPDATES:
More than 44 days have passed since the resume was completed, and not a single view from any relevant employer.
The service announced and promised, has nothing to do with the service delivered.
As a matter of fact, yesterday I was reviewing the positions available on Adecco, and according to their policies they DO NOT HIRE immigrants, so there is no sense in sending my resume to them. In addition to this, they delivered my resume to companies like Excel Personnel, who only recruit for Industrial labors, nothing to do with my profile.

In your case, 40 recruiters were matched. It is true their activity has been limited (as you can see live updated in your recruiter outreach report). Such is that current state of the job market.

Coming with an update after job nexus replied to me after 7+ days.
They said that after 2 days the agencies needs more time to review my application. I've waited 10 days and still only 1 from all of the agencies has reviewed my application.
Useless, please don't spend your money here
