Not a single interview yet. No evidence of work done on my behalf besides formatting of my CV

Aviwe, Thanks for your feedback. Your order was for Professional CV Editing. *You did not order or pay for recruiter outreach.* Thus, no outreach to recruiters was executed. We're glad you received the CV Editing and hope you find great value in it. Best Wishes, Job Nexus Support
ACHILLEAS V.
Hello. Since you send the CV I haven't received any answers from them. I checked the profile to some of them and I saw that many of them, are not supporting Hospitality to my level. So you can understand, my dissatisfaction. You should reach out to agencies which support senior and mid-senior employees. The ones you are connected, are for CEOs and so on, and some others have nothing to do with hospitality.

December 20, 2020 Achilleas, Thanks for your feedback. We hope you found value in your edited CV. Regarding the recruiters, consider that some of the firms included in your recruiter outreach report have inputted into our system that they are filling hospitality related positions even if it is not currently noted on their website. Additionally, we purposefully have kept the distribution somewhat broad so not to miss opportunities since it is a difficult employment environment in the UAE. Apologies if this resulted in any confusion or some inaccurate matching. Hoping you find value in the service and that it leads you to interviews in the near future. Best Regards, Job Nexus Support

Overpriced for the CV I got. Dissapointed in myself for waisting my money like this

November 21, 2020 Otto, Thanks for the feedback. Your order for CV Editing and distribution was completed on September 4th, 2020. Your CV was edited by Shail, one of our outstanding writers. You personally approved of the changes she made. Your CV was then transmitted to 61 recruiters relevant to your job search. The recruiters were documented in a live-updated recruiter outreach report which also includes up-to-date information of how each recruiter interacted with your information. The report is available in your account on our website and our records show that you have reviewed it. You appear to have received your order exactly as described and with great quality. If there is a specific concern please contact us at [email protected] so we can help. Thanks & Regards, Job Nexus Support

Your list of NZ recruitment agencies were not up to date and I had to guide your CV writer on fonts. A good effort, thank you. Michael Page came back to me to say that they do not recruit in New Zealand any more. My Job line did not change although your recruiter was going to ask a college to change it from Management consultant to HR Manager.
Response from Job NexusSep 14, 2020
September 14, 2020 Steven, Thanks for your review. There have been numerous changes (many unreported) at large recruiters since COVID-19 began. It appears Michael Page's withdrawal from New Zealand is yet another one. Apologies for that inconvenience and we will be updating our information accordingly. The category of your order was updated as you requested, but as you noted the subject line on the submission was mistakenly left with your previous industry selection. Apologies for that oversight. Thankfully it appears you received great service on your CV editing and we hope you have a successful job search in these challenging times. Job Nexus Support

I was contacted by e-mail through Daniel, after five days he sent me a draft of my CV just copying, pasting and removing the skills that were present in the previous CV and the name and email were written wrong and the LinkedIn file does not exist and the contact number in the CV also does not exist Really this draft does not reach what I was expecting from your organization

I’m disappointed with this company. I paid £39 for my CV to be sent to various recruitment agencies only to find that a high number of the agencies don’t recruit in my field! I was looking for an HR role so why has it been sent to agencies speculating in dentists and contraction workers they never recruit for HR?? On top of that 3 or 4 of the agencies don’t even appear to exist! I have been made redundant and have no money coming in from the end of the month and now £39 out of pocket. I would NOT recommend this company

Hey Samantha, That's terrible. Let's get this fixed. We don't have anyone with your name on record as having placed an order. Perhaps you used a different name or variation of your name on the job nexus website? Please email us at [email protected], reference this trustpilot review and include your order #. Then we'll be able to investigate and assist. Thanks! Job Nexus Support

I am Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering at University. My field of experience is teaching at the university level. When you asked me about my Jobs preference, I asked for "Teaching Jobs" as my field of experience. I selected Governmental Universities having Mechanical Engineering Departments, or Governmental Vocational Institutes. Unfortunately, you send my information to 32 recruiters very similar to your company "jobNexus", all of them are dealing with employers in marketing, management, consultations, . . . etc, which are not my field of experience.

Mohamed, Apologies in it taking an extra day to get back to you. We investigated based on your complaint and reviewed the recruiters that were matched to your order to better understand the situation. Unfortunately, you are right. It appears that many (but not all) of the recruiters matched to your order had indicated they are active in filling teaching jobs but may not be or have ceased recruiting work in that field. We're sorry this happened and that you didn't receive more value from the service. We hope some relevant interest will come from the recruiters that are active in teaching. We are constantly working to improve based on experiences like this so thank you for your review and your honest feedback. Best Wishes, Job Nexus Support
