Kaoutar, Thanks for the review. We're glad you found the CV writing valuable. Reviewing your live-updated recruiter outreach report, available to you in your account on our website, since your order was completed roughly 10 days ago: - 42 recruiters received your information including your newly polished CV - 5 of the recruiters have reviewed your information or CV in their applicant tracking systems Our service helps you prepare for recruiters with your CV and get your details into their systems. While we position you well with recruiters, it is ultimately a matter of how qualified you are for open positions and the general employment environment if they choose to take the next step and contact you. Additionally, you may match to a relevant position swiftly or after an extended time frame. It depends on the job and job market. Best Regards, Job Nexus Support

November 15th, 2020 Rayyan, Thank you for the feedback. Keep in mind that the recruiter outreach report is live updated. Meaning that as more recruiters interact with your information it will show in the report. For example, of the forty two recruiters relevant to your job search, since your review here roughly another five were tracked reviewing your information just in the past two days. This may (or may not) increase as time goes by demanding on your credentials and market demand. Thanks for letting us know about the phone number issue. We'll contact that recruiter for them to update their information. Best Wishes, Job Nexus Support

November 8th, 2020 Ishita, Thank you for your review. We reviewed your order to see what we could have done better here. Reviewing promptness, Perry, the wonderful writer assigned to your order, had responded to you within one business day on all occasions. There was a delay in completing the first draft due to a set of questions sent to you. We will endeavor to speed that up at our end in the future. Regarding iterations, we want to make sure you get everything that is included in your order. If there are other specific changes you want made to your CV please reply to Perry with those and we will arrange to make the necessary changes. Best Wishes & Apologies for any Inconvenience, Job Nexus Support

October 21, 2020 Hey Jeffrey, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Your CV editor is in fact a native (UK) English speaker. Nevertheless, we will look into the misspellings you mentioned in your order. It is important that we point out that we do not and cannot promise to secure anyone a position. It is beyond our power to force a recruiter to hire you. Our service is to prepare your CV for recruiters and place your information with them. Thus, when a relevant opportunity becomes available that you are qualified for, you are in contention for it. Regards, Job Nexus Support

So if you want to checkout if there are any changes on your status with recruiters you can see it in your account on our website. We hope you find more luck soon. Best, Job Nexus Support

Eo, Thank you for the feedback. Apologies for the initial delay with your order. Reviewing the details it does seem that after work was started on your CV it went well and that you were satisficed. Since your order was placed on August 21st we've expanded our team by two additional experienced writers so we hope to be far more punctual going forward. In regards to the few mismatched recruiters, we will be in touch by email to get more details and make sure this is updated. Recruiters do often update their information with us to hire for industries not expressed on their website but we want to make this is as accurate as possible. Thanks & Regards, Job Nexus Support
