Got What I Paid For
I paid for this service based on my wife's recommendation and experience she had. The CV review was also included in my package. They have taken me from a customer that was literally panicking as my CV was too long, and got it to a look and feel that has put me at ease. Happy with what they have delivered :)

CV took more than a month to be reviewed
My friend asked my Cv to be reviewed As a surprise gift. The surprise was there was no contact at all from Jobnexus, and it took 3-4 weeks afterwards to be processed, after payment. The guy responsible simply “forgot” and I had to give a heads up to have my cv edited. Never would pay to use it, the CV was just tweaked, nothing exceptional or extraordinary. Would never use or pay for Job nexus, total waste of time

This platform is a scam
This platform is a scam, I payed such a high fee for a promise who was never delivered. I want a refund. Never got a call , the “agencies” that they work with passed a month has not reviewed my profile , I even call one who “ already” Got my resume and they could not find me on the system.

You placed an order to have your information distributed to recruiters. Your profile and CV were sent to 42 recruiters. The recruiters are listed in your recruiter outreach report. Several of them were further tracked reviewing your information after it was added to their applicant tracking systems. Job Nexus transparently does not and cannot promise you anything beyond having your information distributed to the recruiters. Nevertheless, we want to help. I was very optimistic at the beginning but its a scam
I was very optimistic at the beginning but I found job nexus super unhelpful and waste of money and time. It does nothing other than simply sending your resume to random agencies and that's it. I am very disappointed and sad with the service that has been provided to me and the money that I have lost. It has been 20 days and not even a single recruiting agency has gotten back to me. only 10 % of the agencies have "reviewed " the CV and most of the recruiting agencies are not of the relevant field. Unfortunately its a Scam. My order reference is #5f29eac0ec011

Consider the service you ordered is CV distribution – meaning sending your information to recruiting agencies. This was done for you. It was done on time. The recruiting agencies were listed for you in a detailed and report. Additionally, as you noted, we include additional information that is live updated showing you transparently if recruiters interacted with your information. In short, we have provided you with exactly the service you ordered. We wish we could claim that all recruiters will review your information in detail. The reality of the job market is that it varies based on your specific credentials and market demand. We can place your information before (many) recruiters to save you time and get in the applicant tracking systems of many firms. We openly do not have a means of forcing a recruiter to study your individual CV. Not helpful at all
Not helpful at all as I didn't receive any call or any follow-up. This service doesn't worth the money you paid at all. They simply forward your resume to the recruitment company but to be honest this won't help to find the job. I would suggest let's do the old fashion way: read the job description on the recruitment company website then apply. This way you will get a higher chance of being contacted. You are more understand your career path then Job Nexus does.

In regards to the value of our service, obviously we are sorry you did not find it worthwhile. Consider that distributing your information to recruiters is exactly what our service is and it is what we provide. It sounds that your grievance is not with Job Nexus but with the idea of using a CV/Resume distribution service in general. You are quite right that you have a better idea of what you want than Job Nexus does. We would never claim to know your career path better than you do. We do offer CV / Resume editing which allows for 1x1 interaction with our team and does give us a better perspective on your individual accomplishments and career goals than only CV distribution. If you are looking for our staff to better understand you, then this is recommended.
