November 8th, 2020 Ishita, Thank you for your review. We reviewed your order to see what we could have done better here. Reviewing promptness, Perry, the wonderful writer assigned to your order, had responded to you within one business day on all occasions. There was a delay in completing the first draft due to a set of questions sent to you. We will endeavor to speed that up at our end in the future. Regarding iterations, we want to make sure you get everything that is included in your order. If there are other specific changes you want made to your CV please reply to Perry with those and we will arrange to make the necessary changes. Best Wishes & Apologies for any Inconvenience, Job Nexus Support

October 22, 2020 Hugo, Thanks for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed working with us on your CV. Regarding the number of recruiters, for the country and industry of your order the maximum number of recruiters is 30 - as can be seen here: https://jobnexus.com/ireland. Note that it states transparently "up to 30" so that there are no surprises for anyone. We work with hundreds of recruiters and employers in Ireland. However, we only include in your order those that are relevant and currently active. This is because it would not add value to you to be connected with a company that has signaled to us that they are not currently hiring. We apologize for any disconnect or disappointment but we hope this explanation proves enlightening as to why you were connected to the precise number of recruiters that show in your recruiter outreach report. Best Regards, Job Nexus Support

October 21, 2020 Hey Jeffrey, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Your CV editor is in fact a native (UK) English speaker. Nevertheless, we will look into the misspellings you mentioned in your order. It is important that we point out that we do not and cannot promise to secure anyone a position. It is beyond our power to force a recruiter to hire you. Our service is to prepare your CV for recruiters and place your information with them. Thus, when a relevant opportunity becomes available that you are qualified for, you are in contention for it. Regards, Job Nexus Support
