I went into your store to look at leather reclining sofas. There were at least 5 people at the counter. I asked a salesman to show me where to find what I was looking for. He didn’t walk me to the spot but gave me directions of where to go. There was only 4 reclining sofas in the store. After looking at my options the salesman came back to the area and informed me that they only had leather touch. I was looking for all leather. I found exactly what I was looking for at another company. And one that was interested in my business.

I paid for 2 chairs but when I called to have them delivered, they had been resold. Chairs were discontinued so I had to wait to get my money back in order to buy chairs somewhere else

For the price of the furniture we didn't expect defective furniture delivered then waited 4 more weeks and the redelivered furniture was in worst shape than the first delivery. The owner promised he would come to the house because of all the issues. Naturally he never did.
