This review would have been much better if I actually had all the pieces to review. Its been over 90 days since my purchase and I’ve yet to get a response on my furniture. If I knew it was going to take this long I’d never made the purchase.

Still waiting for someone to help me with cushions going flat. Bought couch 2 days before sale and could not get the sale price!

like watching monkeys in a circus ….right hand doesn't have a clue what the left hand is doing...overpriced and poor quality of furniture...

The so called interior designer charged me 200.00 for a design plan that she me at gave me despite repeated requests. She was condescending and insulting when she visited my home.

To begin, I am very surprised we were asked to review this company. We have been asked, did not plan to write a review, and will be honest. We purchased a condo in Garden City Beach the beginning of January 2019. About 800 square feet and wanted to make major renovations and purchase new furnishings. We began our quest to find exactly what we wanted for the small space and began at J&K Home Furnishings. Over the last 35 years we have furnished large homes in the Outer Banks, NC, The Villages, FL and know both areas quite well. We are new to the Grand Strand market. We walked in the door and the female sales person approached us. We explained we needed several pieces and would like to look around. We sat in recliners that were by the door, she came over to us asking us to stand up so she could show us how nice it looked with a couch. She proceeded to drag it to the couch. Again, we explained we'd like to walk around and she was insistent we had to sit on the couch. We walked out. This may be an isolated case and why we didn't submit a review before. We worked with another store in Garden City and love our furniture. We were allowed to look, sit, and feel and when we wanted help, we let them know. This was not the case in this store.

I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest -Black Mattress from them and it broke down and is Very uncomfortable there is a depression in it and was offered money off on a new one The mattress is only 2.5 years old No way would I buy another one off of them I feel it should have been replaced
