Janice was great every step of the way as far as expertise, presenting ideas and more. She really cares about her client! Once full payment was made and when the furniture was delivered (about 3 weeks ago), I noticed a few flaws in a few pieces, but I am still waiting on a call from J & K regarding coming out to look at them. I am also waiting to hear about the antique butterfly print which arrived at the MB location but hasn’t made it to MI location yet. Again, Janice was Awesome! ordered my special order living room and it came in on time and is beautiful!!!

Worked well with Kathleen who was very helpful. Only issue was time waiting for one bedroom chest and was delivered broken. Men told us to contact J&K because that is the way it came. Really??? And you delivered it knowing it was broken. Not a good practice.

I ordered 2 bar stools and I was told that they would arrive in 3-4 weeks and it turned into 6 weeks. But I love them!!!
