Furniture very nice. Didn't appreciate the way my salesperson was treated by management.

The website is fine but I want to see more pricing. This page really makes the customer feel like the whole point is to get you into the store. I’ve bought from J & K in the past and I have felt the high pressure sales that we get in the stores. While they have very high quality products, unique items, great ideas for interior design and are very nice sales people, commission is a key word in their sales. Once you are in the store, the customer will feel the pressure. Customers need to have an idea of the high prices before going in. I just feel many people are turned off by no prices listed and will choose a furniture store that DOES list prices over J & K.

The furniture choices were lovely, we needed to take advantage of the design services we were having a problem finding the right fit for the space. The designer did help us find a happy medium with what I was looking for and my Husbands wants.. That being said there was other things we were looking for and another whole room to furnish, the designer didn't get back to us until I made the calls, and this went on for a while, so we loved the furniture we purchased, but we didn't feel they valued our business so we moved on... You shouldn't have to make 5 plus calls to the designer before you get a call back...

The delivery personnel were excellent. I did have to exchange one of the dresser tops which went well w/ out any questions. The only issue is that this new top does not match the other two.

Website difficult to use. China cabinets have limited views, unless manufacture styles known, pretty useless. Guess I need help with stylist, because didn’t fit into one style category.

We had to return one piece twice before we received one that was not damaged. Disappointed that we had to pay for delivery given the amount that we spent at the store.
