JiuFang E-commerce LogisticsReviews of jiufanglogistics.com

Positive experience overall. Shipping updates were clear and the process felt smooth from start to finish.

I have been using Jiufang Logistics for my recent shipments, and I am beyond impressed. Their team is highly professional, and the tracking system is very accurate. My goods arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. If you are looking for a reliable logistics partner,

To be completely honest, finding a logistics partner that actually keeps their word feels like finding a needle in a haystack these days. After dealing with several forwarders who hit me with hidden fees or went totally silent the moment my cargo left the port, switching to JiuFang was a massive game-changer. I recently routed a big chunk of my FBA inventory through them, and the entire process was surprisingly smooth. The tracking was precise, their team was actually proactive with updates, and most importantly, my margins weren't ruined by last-minute surprise charges. It’s rare to find a shipping and 3PL service that genuinely respects your timeline and doesn't treat your business like an afterthought. They’ve definitely earned my trust.

I’ve been using JiuFang Logistics for FBA shipments and the experience has been pretty smooth. What I like most is their delivery time—it’s been consistent, which is really important for my Amazon business. Communication was also clear, and they handled everything professionally. Overall, a reliable logistics partner.

We are a furniture company. And we use JiuFang logistics for our 3pl needs. They are very responsive and take care of us like gold. Mark and his team are very professional and gave us really good prices.

We've been working with Jiu Fang Logistics for a little over a year now and have shipped more than 20 containers through them. Our account manager, Mark (based here in the U.S.), has been fantastic — he and his team always keep us informed and handle everything smoothly. Every shipment has arrived on time and without issues, which is impressive in our line of work. We’ve recently started using Jiu Fang’s 3PL services in New Jersey, Houston, and Los Angeles, and it’s been a great experience so far. The transition was seamless, and it’s brought us significant cost savings across our operations. Overall, working with Jiu Fang has been an A+ experience — reliable, communicative, and efficient from start to finish.

Ordered on Amazon an item that was supposed to be a Christmas present on December 16th 2025. Sadly, didn't notice that it was from a 3rd party seller using this shipping company. Tracking sent to us shown that it was "shipped" and then started to display "Delivery Exception", and then stopped updating on Dec 27th 2025, after it says "in transit" again. Sent email to the company many times without any reply. Their site said you can chat with them but only using WhatsApp, which I don't have nor want to use. Had to open a ticket with Amazon for a refund, while feeling horrible that the Christmas present never arrived.

Great shipping service and customer service. The tracking was updated over expectation. Excellent customer service and every inquiry was responded quickly and nicely.
