The local warehousing service damaged several of my boxes during handling

I’d leave 0 stars if I could. JiuFang completely messed up my supply chain. Several boxes arrived looking like they’d been dropped off a building, and their tracking portal is a joke—it barely ever updates. Customer service completely refused to take any responsibility for the damages. A total nightmare for any e-commerce seller.

Terrible experience with JiuFang Logistics. I used them for shipping my inventory, and it's been a total nightmare. They hit me with massive hidden fees that weren't in the original quote, and my cargo was delayed for weeks with absolutely zero proactive updates. Customer service is practically nonexistent; they just ignore your messages when things go wrong. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Stay far away from them!
