I am a repeat customer. I like the designs of the glasses. But this round, the blue light lens gives a really strong grey tint that looks distracting.

I waited over a month for my glasses as they told me “they’re still in production. Then they cancelled my order. Do not waste your time.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses, and they sent me a wrong order. I reported to their customer service, they first replied the they will request a replacement, and then I never heard anything back from them. I tried the on-line chat, it appears that nobody is working there. Very disappointed with this experience.

Here is a shorter version of the Trustpilot comment. I bought glasses from JINS in March 2025 for HKD 1,600. Within six months, the metal arms rusted. JINS replaced them. By May 2026, the plastic frame broke completely, the new arms rusted again, and the lenses were badly scratched. Normal use only, no shower or moisture. When I asked for a second replacement, JINS refused. A HKD 1,600 pair of glasses should last years, not fail twice in 12 months. Very disappointing quality. Requested a refund or replacement but was zero response.

I ordered Modern Rim 095 and waited a full week. The order was suddenly cancelled for being out of stock, and my welcome coupon expired too. This is just ridiculous and completely waste of time. Don’t buy from jins, save yourself some time.

If I could give a minus I would. I bought progressive lenses for glasses that broke within a couple of months. I was willing to purchase a new frame but it was discontinued. I think they should have offered me some compensation for the useless expensive progressive lenses I purchased The lenses did not fit in any other glasses. instead they said to come in for the sale and get new frames and lenses . I have tried to escalate, but they must have tagged my number and the phone just disconnects. It’s not my fault that the lenses do not fit any other frame they carry. They have no feel for customer service. Avoid them at all cost I wasted close to $400

I’ve tried to order glasses from them 2 separate times, and they were both cancelled. First time, they said it was on back order, but it took them about 3 weeks to notify me of such. I kept checking their website for the product to come back, and I re-ordered. They cancelled it again, but this time without any explanation. Please stop selling products on your website that is not actually available for purchase. Extremely frustrating experience.

I went to the website. As usual, I would like to opt out of certain tracking measures that they take, but there is no way to do it without actually providing your information and email. That to me suggests right away that they are at best suspect.
