Warning: long processing times
I’ve ordered glasses twice now from JINS, and the glasses themselves are fine. The shipping experience, however, is a nightmare. For both of my orders, exactly a month passed between the time I placed the order and the time the order was shipped. Nowhere on their site do they warn customers about the long processing time or offer any kind of explanation. If you do choose to order from here, definitely do not pay for expedited shipping of any kind. The shipping will be faster once the processing is over, but the processing will still take at least a month. This is definitely not the standard in the industry as I’ve ordered glasses from other online stores and it doesn’t take a whole month to process. As this has happened twice now to me I’m inclined to believe that this is just how they run their business. Considering ordering from other online glasses stores if you’d like to receive your glasses in a reasonable amount of time!
