Horrible return policy. I kept emailing about my return and they kept sending the same exact email that asked for extra five business days. There were 3 emails so far that I sent to them and still got the same response. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I purchased from J.ING in August, cloths arrived, didn't fit, so I sent my entire order back within the return period using a shipping label provided by J.ING. The tracking service showed that my return was received shortly after I sent it out. However, 1.5 months passed since then and I have not received my refund at all. It was not until I emailed their customer service that they processed my refund. It felt like they wanted to scam your money on returns. Will never buy from them again.

Horrible refund policy. I returned a dress on Aug 19th. Till Sep, I dropped an email and they informed me they need 7 business days and extra 7 days due to pandemic. Fine. Then I wait till Sep 18th, no response yet. I sent an email again and got money partially returned. The dress cost me $66.75 and only $52.09 is refund after almost 1 month! Why they charged a shipping fee $14.66??? Did they send me the same day shipping return label???? Why did they send me such an expensive return label but processing the refund so slowly??? I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH J.ING!!! NEVER!!

Will never shop at J.ing again. i RETURNED a never worn, expensive dress that was just too large on me. i got shipping confirmations that it was delivered to their warehouse, yet they never refunded me. it's been over three weeks and three emails and still no refund. This dress wasn't some 20$ dress, it was a 100$ dress. also left a voicemail for them as well -- no response. BUYER BEWARE - do NOT order from here. order from a reputable place like Nordstrom or Lulu's if you're looking for a nice dress. It's not worth it to get scammed and no refunded even with sending back something before the return deadline...

I've shopped with Jing a couple of times over the past few years. Some of their designs are very unique and hard to find and although the sizes are sometimes smaller than expected I've never really had huge issues with their return policy, if there was a problem with an order I just email their customer service and they got back to me in a timely manner. I'm not sure if it is a Chinese company but I don't think that it should matter, as long as I'm getting cute looking pieces in an acceptable price-range I'm a happy camper!

The clothes I got were all actually pretty nice if somewhat expensive, except for one shirt. I left one 3 star review where I didn't recommend this shirt and they chose not to show it while my other positive reviews were posted just fine. They're definitely tampering with reviews and choosing to only show positive ones. I like their designs but now I don't think I'll buy from them anymore. Dishonest af

I have been shopping with J.ING for several times, over all the experience are really good. The only problem i have with the brand is that the sizing somtime run small on some of their pieces. Their customer service team is very nice and helped me exchange to the right size when i needed. I hope they would do better on the sizing in the future.

Ever since COVID-19 outbreak, J.ING launched a “No Kid Hungry” campaign. As a loyalty customer at J.ING, I was so delighted to see their efforts to care about kids during this difficult time. The public paid most of the attention towards negative impacts on economy but not too much on vulnerable kids. I, as a single individual, can only give a small contribution. But J.ING can contribute much more than I could through launching such campaign. Not only was my order in J.ING delayed recently, but orders from Amazon, Instacart, etc. were delayed as well. I can well understand everyone would go through challenges that we have never ever met during this strange and hard period. A little bit more tolerance and put ourselves in other people’s shoes would make our life much easier and better.
