They won't refund your return. I bought the items back in July and I requested a return. They kept going back and forth with me via emails about green returns where they'd give me 70% store credit and keep the items. I had to keep expressing in over 10 emails that no, I don't want that kind of return. I want a full refund since I can't use those items anyway. They finally sent me a label and I shipped the items back to them. Over 3 weeks, I didn't get a refund, so I reached out again. They said that they moved their warehouse and didn't get my items. I didn't get a notification from UPS that my package got sent back either, so I don't even know where those items are. And they wouldn't refund me and said I'd have to ship the items to their new warehouse. How is that my fault that the package got lost? I used the label you sent and UPS informed me it was delivered to where it was supposed to be. Basically, they just don't want to refund you at all. So, if you're going to buy from here, don't expect to return anything. I'll no longer be a customer after this return experience.
