❌ do not order!!! check their Instagram account, hundreds of people don't receive their orders❌

Ordered on January 21, 2023 and it’s now April 2 and I haven’t received my order. “Customer Care” DOES NOT care or respond. Don’t order from here!

I ordered a dress,a Jean jacket,sandal abd short on Feb 6th and it is 8 weeks later and nothing. I've reached out to Jing multiple times to resolve the issue and then to just cancel the order but there is no one to contact directly and no feedback is provided. Horrible company.

I ordered from J.ING on Jan 6th 2023 and still nothings. But money already charged. Could it be swindle company!

Do not order anything from j.ing it’s a scam. I placed an order since march 5 2023 and it’s already one month and I never receive my order.

The company is the worst I have ordered from. It has been 4 months (ordered November 18,2022) and I have still not received my package or any items. I have been patient because small businesses take longer to ship. But it should not be taking 4 months to ship my package. I have emailed the customer care every week because they are slow at responses. I only received one email back with them telling me to “check my tracking number and send a picture of it back to them”. It has been another week and they still haven’t gotten to me. Again horrible online clothing service to order from.

Horrible experience. Ordered a package early january, it’s now March, and still no update on my package. I emailed customer service multiple times and they never respond back. Better off to just not buy
