A Company which ships items from Spain to the UK and basically, to cover itself, says; "We have no idea what your shipment will cost you by the time it reaches its destination" ... "Related to the shipments, we want to inform you that according to your country's customs policies, customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment. We apologise for these costs which, unfortunately, are beyond the control of Jimmy Lion and our shipping partners, as Customs are government agencies." This is a shame because I love their designs and have worn these great socks until they're virtually threadbare.

Commande encaissée fin Novembre et jamais livrée par GLS. Aucune réponse du service client Jimmy lion ni de GLS. Je souhaite un remboursement total. Entreprise malhonnête !!

Assistenza clienti terrificante, caldamente sconsigliato. Hanno trasferito al corriere un indirizzo di spedizione errato, A questo punto credo volutamente, così che io non potessi mai ricevere il pacco. Poi non hanno più risposto alle mie e-mail. Dopo diversi tentativi ho deciso di chiedere il rimborso tramite PayPal. Vergognosi

I have ordered from Jimmy Lion before with no issues. This time however my order is stuck somewhere and I’ve contacted customer service at least 3 times with no response. I placed my order on Dec 9th with an estimation of 4-7 business days for delivery but still not here. I don’t count on it arriving for Xmas at all. I will never order from them again. This is a shame as the quality and styles of the socks are great.

Ordine effettuato al black Friday. Pacco mai arrivato, nessun rimborso (non mi interessa, voglio la consegna), nessuna risposta dall’assistenza, impossibile parlare con GLS. In pratica la peggiore esperienza online che abbia mai avuto negli ultimi anni. Non gliene frega niente dei clienti, l’importante è intascare poi sei lasciato a te stesso.

Estoy indignadísima, si llego a saber que no aceptan cambios y la devolución de las camisetas porque tallan grande me cuesta 15 euros no les compro. Total, que me he gastado 15 euros para nada. Nunca había visto esto. Les he escrito y ni me han contestado.

Je commande des chaussettes dans des boites collectors magnifiques et elles arrivent défoncées. on me répond que c'est à cause du transporteur. Mais pourquoi envoyer les articles dans des sacs ??? Je suis plus que déçu !
