The site showed prices in USD but switched to the same amount in EUR during checkout.. The products are overpriced even having unique graphics and the material of bought Tshirt is almost worse than fast fashion but with more than double its price. The shipping was properly trackable and took less than 1 week!

Servizio clienti inesistente, inviano indirizzi sbagliati al corriere cui si affidano (GLS) e si creano problemi con la consegna. Fortunatamente il servizio clienti di GLS risponde velocemente (con modulo via chat) e sono riuscita a ricevere il mio pacco, ma il tutto è gestito talmente male che è stata la prima e ultima volta che acquisto da questo sito. Per chi ha problemi, contattate GLS e vi aiuteranno, sicuramente non lo farà Jimmy Lion.

Les chaussettes Jimmy Lion ont un design très beau, mais la qualité est vraiment très très basse. J'ai acheté mes 3 paires de chaussettes il y a 5 mois et 2 sont déjà trouées à des endroits inhabituels (talon et haut de la chaussette vers la partie élastique). Les conditions de nettoyage sont tout à fait classiques et non agressives. (A signaler : chaussant du 40, la plus petite taille est un tout petit peu grande...) Bref, la qualité est Vraiment à revoir au vu du tarif !

Took over 3 weeks to arrive... which would have been okay if i had been given a clue that it would take THAT long. Items were for a holiday -- missed that holiday by a week. Socks are also quite thin.

Really disapointed by the quality. It's my third order/or gift I'm receiving. Each time a different kind of socks in term of design or fabric. And I have to say I'm particularly disapointed of the quality regarding the price. Usually I'm ok to pay more for fair and sustainable product. But theses sock are the worst I have in my landry: all the model I have wear out very quickly and are only suitable for occasional use.. This last order is my last one, doesn't worth it anymore I will give a chance to other brand now.

Good product. Horrible delivery. Second time I ordered and they still messed up the delivery. This last order (SXK14467) almost 3 weeks now. And there is no sign of my package will be deliver soon. They said it is delivered and gave me the link, which I clicked, and it shows that the package is in transit. Last update on the tracking is on 13 Dec. And now is 16 Dec. It is very frustrating. This probably will be my last order with them. The stress of the delivery is really not worth it.
