The socks are awesome and good quality. The customer service answers fast. The bad thing is they use DHL. They asked a third of the price for fees. I will not re order because it makes it too expansive. Too bad

I placed an order before Christmas but for some reason the package got stuck in Madrid for 4 days. I did the error to read the reviews after the purchase so I panicked a bit and rushed to send an email + a comment on their Instagram page. They were actually super kind and helpful, the next day I received an email from GLS with a new tracking and they delivered in 2 days. Socks are extremely beautiful and good quality. Surely they could manage the shipping process a bit better and just give customers real shipping time. I’ll order again.

Great socks, i was worried after purchase due to the negative reviews but i was surprised with the speedy delivery bearing in mind these come from aboard and didn't have any other problems.

Feel like I should write a positive review as there are quite a lot of negative ones. I was a bit concerned when I saw the reviews after ordering, and for a few days it did seem like my parcel wouldn't turn up, but it was just stuck in customs for a few days. The socks arrived and are great quality, although one of the boxes was a little bit scuffed, and in one of the boxes the socks weren't packaged very neatly like the other 3 I ordered, but overall very good.
