What a scam!! As other reviewers have mentioned- it's not free - they ask you to subscribe and become a member. In large print it appears the cost is just $2 usd per month.....however there's a catch....they charge you up front for a year, so you'll get charged $24 - rip off! Avoid at all costs.

After my initial contact they sent me the following email on 30-03-2020: Joe (JibJab Help) Mar 30, 7:02 AM PDT Hello, As requested, I’ve processed a full refund for your most recent charge to your original method of payment. The refund should appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days (depending on your bank). I've also canceled your paid subscription. Happy customers are no laughing matter to us, so please let us know if there’s anything at all we could have done differently. We value your opinion and sincerely hope you’ll give us a second chance in the future. Best, Joe JibJab Support " Happy customers are no laughing matter to us" says Joe ....really! Well Joe your spot on , I'm still not happy so does this mean your laughing because it's now 10-04-20 and have yet to be refunded as stated in the above email? I have had zero communication except this : Alessandra, Director of Customer Support here at JibJab. I'm happy to hear you had a positive experience with our Support team. :) on the 30th . Well I thought I had after being told that a refund was forthcoming but it has not materialised . I'm still waiting Jib Jab!

Very easy to make a video by using own uploaded pictures, simple and user friendly. Great for having a laugh with family and friends, cuts down costs for cards and can send link to multiple people. Only given an average score as the email facility on share doesn't seem to be working effectively or may take longer to go through depending on the recipient provider. Will test it for the remaining year, enjoy!

Honestly, Jibjab used to be so good. I loved it back when they had pictures and other very awesome eCards. Now they have become crap and all their new eCards are boring af. I really wanna know why they removed pictures because those were fun to do back in the day along with their other video eCards that are now removed.

Tells you it is a free site, gets you to choose a card, spend time customising it with a photo, etc. then says it is going to charge you in order to see it! Absolutely scam - stay well clear.

On the website it says clearly $2 per month and only below it says that this will be charged on an annual basis upfront (i.e. $24). This is purposefully misleading. I signed up to send 1 card with the intention of cancelling after sending it, and only being charged $2 - but got charged the full $24. Technically this is not illegal, but will catch a lot of people out. More fool me.

We have been always grateful for Jib Jab's clever and creative options and have enjoyed them over the years.

Cannot get them to stop marketing to me. I’ve unsubscribed so many times and still I get all the dumb jingles. Emailed too.... dreadful company who care nothing about people!
