I had an issue with a transaction on my credit card when I was charged for e-cards from JibJab that I had not ordered. I contacted JibJab support and spoke with Ale, who went out of his way to investigate the problem, and he resolved it thoroughly. Ale was always responsive to my emails, and let me know that I would be refunded the amount in question, which I have.

I enjoyed this app a lot. Very fun and funny videos. I paid for 6 months and at the end of this time they did an automatic renewal. I contacted them to cancel this renewal and the money was refunded the next day! I sure don't get this great customer service any where else!

Jibjab videos are hilarious, I have used them multiple years for my family and colleagues and have always gone down very well. They are also great company, helping me resolve my questions a few hours after emailing, even on Christmas day! Couldn't recommend more.

Really fun and original eCards, which you can personalize with your own photos, which them become part of the characters in the animated card. Been using their service for quite a few years – highly recommend.

I accidentally purchased a subscription not even 30 minutes ago, messaged them for a refund right after, they replied within 10 minutes, and refunded my money with no hesitation, problem, or long wait time. My money was back in my account in under 30 minutes of purchasing by mistake! (mind you, I was anxious about getting my money back because it says it takes 2 business days for a reply & 3-5 business days for the refund) Best, most efficient, and the quickest reply from a customer service/support email company I’ve ever used! Thank you so much for making this the fastest, easiest process of refunding my money.
