help@JibJab WILL NOT cancel your "free" trial. auto renewal is not cancelled or refunded, becaudse they don't reply. The two cards I made September of 2018 have now cost near $200.

If I could give it 0 I would 🤬 I never even joined and yet I discovered a PayPal payment going out for around 3 months without my knowledge! No idea how but this is a complete scam. Do not look or click on anything from this site ever !!!

This company is scammer. They charged me for 5 years without my permission, i only used it once during the past 5 years and they never sent me a receipt. I can't even find their email or phone number to cancel my membership. Terrible company, don't even touch, they just simply get you registered and then keep taking money from you.

WTAF, they've just charged me a subscription - I haven't used their site for 6 years!!!! SCAMMERS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I've contacted them and reporting to trading standards, beware they are clearly keeping account information against GDPR. Disgusting!

I had an issue with a transaction on my credit card when I was charged for e-cards from JibJab that I had not ordered. I contacted JibJab support and spoke with Ale, who went out of his way to investigate the problem, and he resolved it thoroughly. Ale was always responsive to my emails, and let me know that I would be refunded the amount in question, which I have.

I have been member for >10 years, always properly 12 US collected from my AMEX. Suddenly I was no longer member due to refusal by AMEX ( JibJab told me ) and renewal costs 36 US, a 3 fold increase. I complained and they offered me 1 year free... Great service, but I still do not know if this was AMEX fault or not.........
