Save yourself the headache. We believed the hype and good reviews as moving is already stressful as it is but we’ve had issues since the day of them arriving. Upon the reassembly of our patio chair, it was broken by the movers. I had to contact them 3 separate times before I received a response. The associate I spoke to reasoned it because of their busy schedule but that is a daily occurrence for everyone and is inexcusable. They advised they would attempt to repair the piece themselves and pickup was finally arranged. It has now been well over a week since my patio furniture was taken and I’ve received no updates. In total, I’m still dealing with this company three weeks after our original move in date. I rarely write negative reviews but I’m hoping this helps someone avoid hiring this company. Go another route.

We sincerely apologize for the damage to your patio chair, the delayed communication, and the lack of updates after the item was picked up for repair. We understand how frustrating it is to continue dealing with an issue weeks after an already stressful move. This is not the level of service or follow-through we expect from our team. Thank you for bringing this experience to our attention, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations. JFK Moving Co.

For my recent move, I was connected with JFK Moving Company through US Relocation. Michael and his team of three did an excellent job! They were punctual, worked efficiently as a team, and completed everything in four hours. Customer Service was also great, Qam was communicating and flexible, he made sure the move was done on the day and time i requested. If you are looking for a moving company in LA, look no further, JFK is the company to go to. I highly recommend JFK Moving. Thank you!
