Pricing was intense it was a 90 minute…
Pricing was intense it was a 90 minute round trip 6 miles one way with minimal items. Other than that it was well.

Piano moving slight damage
The workers were very careful and professional. But now a large section of my piano keys don’t work- they are sticking badly. Having my piano tuner coming to try to fix it. The workers may have set it up and down on the dolly too hard and damaged it inside.

The crew did a good job of moving…
The crew did a good job of moving things in. Hard to understand them though. I think they’re Russian. Hard to understand their accent. It would be nice if I could talk to people that spoke plain English once in a while.

Great moving company!
Moving team was quick and efficient. They were able to get very heavy items upstairs for us and did so with a great attitude! No items were damaged during the move which is always a worry! Would use JFK again.

Mark was wonderful
Mark was wonderful. I have used JFK moving many times with nothing but good experience. However this last time Adam was not in a good mood and was pretty rough moving my furniture. My dining table has a crack. I know my move was not easy from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment and the difficult time they had moving my big sofa to my new place. I do want to thank Mark for his hard work and patience.
