Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad the move was completed safely and without any mishaps, and we truly appreciate your kind words about Bob’s professionalism and efficiency. We sincerely apologize that the second mover worked slowly, required frequent guidance, and spent time on his phone. You and your family should not have felt the need to help with the move in order to keep it moving at a reasonable pace. We will address this with our team and use your feedback to improve our training and supervision. JFK Moving Co.

We sincerely apologize for the missed appointment, poor communication, and frustration regarding your deposit. We also apologize for our delayed response to your review. We understand how stressful it must have been to prepare for a move and have the crew not arrive as expected. This was not the level of reliability or customer service we aim to provide, and we regret that your experience left you feeling disappointed and unsupported. JFK Moving Co.

We sincerely apologize for your experience and for our delayed response to your review. We regret that you did not receive the detailed breakdown you requested and that the change in delivery vehicle caused concern and confusion. We are also sorry that your conversation with our company made you feel pressured, disrespected, or unfairly treated. Customers should always receive clear communication and be spoken to professionally. We understand why the payment dispute and involvement of law enforcement made an already stressful move even more upsetting. Thank you for sharing your concerns. We regret that your experience with JFK Moving Co. left you feeling this way. JFK Moving Co.
