They lost the part on my refrigerator door and scratches on it. They left my couch apart. It took forever, it went past the allotted time of 6 PM and luckily, the new owner of my place decided to let us still get my stuff out. But we had to sit in front of the garage and my neighbor's garage until they came back to get the rest of my stuff. They still left my outside umbrella, bags and trash on the pavement. I still have their moving covers on my furniture. At the new house they left stuff on the front law and i couldn't move it until next day. I wouldn't recommend this company at all because it still costs me a lot of money, and now I have to fix my refrigerator more money. I still habe not receive manager. I wish I could upload my photos.

This is the worst company in terms of customer service, un professional staff, The so called supervisor showed up late, Immediately had an attitude as his person that fits everything in the truck was not there, started cursing and somehow there office made a mistake not telling him that this was a total move, Meaning they had to pack and take everything, The truck did not fit everything and they left partial stuff behind, I had to hire other people to come and help me move my house the next day cost more money, They damaged my furniture, They put TVS without remote control and wires in un marked boxes, It took them 11 hours to move partial house paying them $265.00 an hour W the only light and professional person was Tia, they are lucky to have her, She was the only reason I booked with them, And Boy was that a mistake, If you are reading this "Stay away" from these people dishonest, un professional people for working for them, Tia is the by far the Best person I dealt with, She was Polite, Apologetic and truly tried to help, But She cant do everything, The staff and Service both sucked and di not know how to do anything, It almost seems they hire people from the street, Pay them minimum wage and expect them to do professional Job.

Damaged a few items didn't let us know then chipped the dresser and put some kind of brown wax or polish to try to cover it up instead of saying we accidentally put a chip on your dresser and still charged full price niks in walls in a brand new home we just purchased. Be honest and don't try to cover things up!

Just like all other moving companies in the industry - they would not provide a written contract detailing the scope and terms of the job.

The company is not equipped with the truck size. And the company didn't explain all of the details and expenses required correctly. I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.

My experience was really bad. One of the movers was decent I guess but the other was just so incredibly terrible. They were desperately trying to extend the time as much as possible. they took almost 4 hours to move my elderly dad’s 5x10 storage unit about 5 miles into a fairly empty house. Something me and a friend could have done in less than 2 hours. Very shady stuff. They did call to see how it went and I told them but they offered no retribution. I definitely would just avoid this company.

The guys were great, although they broke an outdoor light. They said they would tell the office but I never heard back. They were supposed to arrive between 1 and 4pm, they showed up at 9pm

My expensive ladder is missing. They claim they took it off the truck! My late husband got that for me because I was the one putting up Christmas lights on our house and he wanted me to be safe, It's not just a ladder to me. It's more to me. I am never going to use any moving company. I just can't trust anyone anymore in this world of sinners. God will take care of they for me. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
