Good service but ring looked bigger on the website.
Pictures of the products on the website must be enhanced somehow. Went back and looked at pictures after receiving my ring... very different perspective.

This is actually a common complaint in regards to jewelry. The pictures on our website (and all other jewelry websites) are magnified to show detail, and can sometimes be perceived as larger than they are in reality. We do list all of the dimensions of each piece of jewelry, but we will be adding on-the-hand pictures of our rings in the near future for better perspective.

Jewels for me was great!!!
I wanted a dainty ring that was pretty but not ostentatious and found what I was looking for. Love the ring so much that I ordered another one in another style and color. The ring has just the right thickness so that it will not bend, along with a pretty design. Will order again in the future. Thanks Sammy for everything!!

A Bit Frustrating!!!
Was told My order would b processed n 3-5 business days only 2b told at the end of that time frame that My order would b processed n 4-5 business days then after complaining via a email cuz unable 2call do 2the fact that there is "NO" phone services did My order get any attention but even then it didn't ship til last possible day worrying Me that it wouldn't arrive 2b presented 2My girlfriend that weekend after already having Her I had a surprise 4Her that weenkend.Was very satisfied with the product thou as was She!!!

We're sorry for the confusion - there was a snag in the manufacturing process of the order, and we had to start over again. All of our jewelry is made to order, and problems can crop up once in a while. Rather than shipping out an imperfect piece of jewelry, we always prefer to start again if necessary. We do indeed have a phone number however, and we are working to make our 'Order Status' page more clear in these situations.

Girlfriend loved the ring
I am pleased with my purchase. The ring looks just as it did in the picture. The only negative is that it took a little longer than I had expected for it to arrive. The bear that came with it looks like a mouse. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I love the piece.
The pendant looks beautiful around my mother's urn. She loves butterflies and her favorite color is purple which is also my birthstone. Thank you... She loves it too.

Easy and efficient ordering and choosing a beautiful piece of jewelry.
Choosing the stone I wanted in a setting that matched what I believed my daughter was easy. Ver quick delivery made it great if the chosen item were not as pictured, however, the pendant I chose was as beautiful in person as it was pictured on the website.

Great company that replies in a timely manner and orders arrive quickly and packed well.
Their customer service is outstanding with questions, comments,and replies done directly at the site. There are several views displayed including one of a model wearing the item for perspective & proportion. Wide choice of styles and customer design options.
