Jewels for me made a mistake on my order. There is no way to contact them. There is also no way to cancel order and then reorder the correct item. The appear to not want to deal with customers directly. I have purchased about 17 to 18 rings from them mostly through amazon but I placed this latest order directly on their site and they made an error with my order and I cannot contact them to correct said error.

Delivery at €22 was extortionate, considering it has taken 10 days to reach me in France, took a couple of days to leave England because of missed deadlines, then goes to France via Germany which is a longer journey for my goods which Incidentally I hoped to give to my Girlfriend on a particular day, but due to UPS. or yourselves that Important day was missed. So for €22 euro`s your delivery is Naff!!!!

I returned the ring I ordered from Jewels For Me. It was much smaller than I expected. Gold band was very narrow, not a nice color, and cheap looking. I was unhappy with the product. I wasted money shipping product back to them for a full refund. Will not purchase again.

Well, actually, yes, the ring that was purchased by this customer is one of our "cheaper" rings at $169. It's also in our "sweet and petite" section that is intended for children, or petite hands. It's not easy to offer 14k gold rings at such a low price, but in general, our customers are happy with our "cheaper" rings. We would recommend silver jewelry for this customer, which offers more metal for the price, but unfortunately we do not sell silver jewelry - we only sell 14k fine jewelry.

I received my 'your order has shipped' email almost a week after I RECEIVED the product I purchased. That's unacceptable. It was a gift, and knowing when it was going to be delivered was important.

That's a pretty harsh review for a late e-mail. We're assuming from this review that the order was received on time, and the customer is satisfied with the item, otherwise he would have likely mentioned it. We do send a confirmation e-mail as soon as the order ships out, and we don't know why it took so long to reach him. A shipping confirmation and tracking number can also be found on our website if the e-mail doesn't arrive for any reason.

Although the opal was very attractive (good color... not milky) the ring is very very small. I purchased as a HS graduation gift... and returned it once I saw the size. Would be appropriate for first communion. This site needs to show models wearing the rings to give scale.
