Wanted to thank the folks at Jewels For Me. They did a great job from start to finish. The items displayed on their website gave us plenty of information and options to create exactly the engagement ring and matching band that my fiance and I wanted! It came promptly in a wonderful gift bag. My fiance and I laughed at your "guard bear"! And the ring looked exactly as it did on the website. All of that for a reasonable price - none of the insane mark-up that I see in other stores which I guess is supposed to make me feel like I'm getting something magical. It's a ring. It's pretty. It's on my fiance's finger...that's all the magic I need and tacking on extra mark-up won't add to or subtract from it. We had some runners-up so...we will be back for birthdays and anniversaries!

In short, I ordered a nice pair of earrings for my wife. When she received them, they were beautiful, but just a little larger than she normally likes. I wrote and asked if I could exchange them for one size smaller to which they responded no problem. I set them back and they promptly sent her the smaller ones, (which were actually prettier than the bigger ones). They were good to me, great service. I trust them. Straight from the heart, John
