I would never work with JewelryThis again. While I eventually did receive the ring I wanted, and they did include four small diamonds for free in the final design, the overall process was extremely frustrating. The first custom ring they delivered was completely wrong, which forced me to postpone my proposal. Despite repeatedly clarifying my requests, I felt unheard and had to reiterate the same details over and over. The initial "redesign" was identical, aside from thicker bands I hadn't asked for, and none of the corrections I wanted were applied. It was quite the disappointing experience. I even asked to cancel the project and do a refund. This was ignored but for two brief days the communication was finally satisfactory and expedient. Allowing me to go ahead the redesign and production phase. Nonetheless, communication throughout was poor and inconsistent -I was never confident the ring would even arrive on time. To top it off, the final piece came a full size larger than what I had specified, so I now have to pay a local jeweler to resize it. The free diamonds and the fact they finally did a good job are the only reason this review isn't zero star.

We did remake the ring with your requested changes and added four accent diamonds at no charge, then rushed shipping so you could propose. We’re glad you loved the finished design and that the proposal was a yes, but the communication gaps and size error shouldn’t have happened. We’ve already offered complimentary resizing, and we’ll also cover any reasonable local resizing cost if you’ve already taken care of it.
