Shoddy craftsmanship resulting in lost heirloom diamonds
UPDATE: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The ring was poorly constructed and has list two of my mothers diamonds in 3 months. A local reputable jeweler states this ring was cast with air bubbles and incorrectly sized prongs/settings, leading to my lost stones. When I asked for a partial refund to cover the replacement only, they demanded I send the ring back to them - like I would trust them any further with my sentimental gems! I am sick to my stomach that I trusted them with my precious heirlooms. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

We are very sorry that Tanya has experienced an issue with her ring, particularly given the sentimental importance of the family stones incorporated into the piece. We have been communicating directly with Tanya and are actively working to understand what occurred and determine an appropriate resolution. The ring has had additional work performed twice by a third-party jeweler since it was delivered. Because of this, determining the cause of the stone loss requires a professional assessment of the ring and its settings rather than relying solely on photographs. Tanya has chosen to have her local jeweler perform that assessment, and we have agreed to review their written findings once they are available. We have not yet received that assessment. JewelryThis stands behind our work and takes concerns involving our custom pieces very seriously. Our goal is to understand the cause properly and work toward a fair resolution based on the professional assessment.
