20% restocking fee
I received the wrong item and the return process was not easy. I had to print out the label, not very many people have a printer in there home. I read that there was a 20% restocking even for receiving the wrong item, don’t believe that’s fair. And kicker is you don’t get your money back they give you a credit to be spent in house.

Hi Bruce, Please take another look at the Returns Form that was attached with the Return Shipping Label in the same email that you received on January 7, 2021. It will clearly show that since you received an incorrect item, we already waived the restocking fee and that your refund will be going back to your original payment method once we receive this item back. It is completely understandable if you missed that part on that form before writing this review, mistakes can happen. One of our shipping staff also made a mistake when they shipped the incorrect item. That is why we have already waived the restocking fee, we have already paid for the return shipping label, and are waiting for you to send the item back to us so that we can process the refund back to your Klarna account.
