The chain was very thin not proper for size of Cross pendant. Cross pendant is nice.

Unexpected dissatisfaction
The product I purchased was smaller than I expected. The box it came was completely broken up. And the screw back was bent before I ever took them off the broken box it came in. I am completely unsatisfied and do not understand how to send them back and get replacements.

Ordered a pair of princess diamond…
Ordered a pair of princess diamond earrings for my wife and when I had received the earrings, one of the earrings was missing the back fastener

the photo of the earrings was enlarged to the point...
the photo of the earrings was enlarged to the point that it gave a false impression of the actual size of the diamonds. I would rather know exactly how the earrings will look, than see something them be much smaller when the package arrives.
