Hi Lydia, Thank you so much for your review! Both the chain and charm you ordered had the exact size dimensions listed in the description sections of their product pages: Charm Length: 10 mm ( .39 inches ) Charm Width: 12 mm (.47 inches ) Chain Length: 18 inches Chain Width: 1.5 mm but maybe you did not notice these details on their product pages before you added these items in your shopping cart? Regardless, we completely understand that sometimes it can be a little difficult to shop for certain types of items online since you cannot see or hold them in your hands beforehand. That is why we offer one of the most generous return policy in the diamond jewelry industry. We give all of our customers 30 days to return any item, no questions asked! Also, we have some of the lowest prices anywhere for real diamond jewelry! The charm that you purchased has 100% natural diamonds set in 10K gold for only $98.59. Although, I do see that you also paid extra for faster shipping before Christmas, but that was paid directly to UPS and not us :) If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, simply visit this link to start the return process: https://jewels.me/return Thank you so much for being our valued customer! Warm regards, Customer Success Team Jewelry Outlet

Great Customer Service!
So the first time I ordered some thing for my wife, the order was canceled and refunded. I’m assuming that was because it was sold out. So I gave them a second chance and purchased another pendant. Apparently that one was sold out too! But they sent me one that was very similar and had a greater value. They also included a complementary gold chain for my troubles. The wife was very happy with her Christmas gift! Thanks Again!
