Best customer service I’ve ever had
My god where do I start?! This man Jacob went above and beyond to make sure i had the ring I needed one time for my proposal! He even stayed longer at work while I placed the order!!! The ring was gorgeous!!! But again thank you Jacob for the excellent customer service!! Luv from Florida! 👍

The process was painless however the…
The process was painless however the delivery by UPS was a mess. They claimed to have attempted delivery but I’m certain they did not. The next day I have to drive to CVS to go pick it up. I didn’t like that at all.
