Communication, fast delivery and excellent quality. I have gotten so many compliments on this hair!

This company has very deceptive practices when I spent over $300 on a wig unit they sent me a wig in a US postal service envelope not protected, not in a box it was totally smashed and look nothing like what was on their website. I have been trying to get in touch with them for months about it they denied that it was their company I actually bought the wig from, I kept sending emails and they said they couldn't find my order number and I was looking at the order in my email just playing me for being stupid and lying to me for months they used distributors for their products who do not care how they send you your hair unit and Jesse's wigs is under so many different names they don't care, The quality of their product is horrific , customer service is horrible I will never in my life by anything else from them again. They also delete reviews on their website if it is not favorable please do not be fooled by this company and what they advertise.

Never received item. Item was supposed to have been a signed for item. They told me it had been delivered 17 days after it was supposed to have been, and that it had been signed for, and that they had my signature which was untrue, as I was nowhere near home on that date. They refused to give me a copy of the signature, that they said they had from me. They then told my credit card that they did not have my signature and that it was released without a signature. Fedex told me to have them open a claim, but they will not. They also admitted to under declaring the value to customs, to keep their costs down, and this is why they cannot open a claim! do not buy!

Superb customer service and excellent communication! The shipping for my first wig was incredibly fast. Their wigs are high quality and I’m excited to get my next one shipped! Five stars—highly recommend!!!

This was my first time buying a wig. I loved the wig. The hair was so nice and it even arrived styled. It only took be about 5-6 days to get my wig. It was a little small but overall loved the experience of buying from them.

My experience was great, I had some concerns with shipping but the communication with the company was awesome with transparency. My wig is beautiful. The wig was as pictured, no bad smell and beautiful curls. I will be ordering again.

After losing almost all my hair, I had no idea where to even begin! I tried so many different wigs, uncomfortable, smelled bad, shed… it was awful! I was ready to just throw my hands in the air and I came across Jessie’s wigs on Instagram, I took a deep breath and thought okay try one more time… best decision I’ve made! This is my second unit from them, the hair is gorgeous, I get compliments all the time, no smell, no shedding, lace is perfect… and the customer service is above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever received!! Thank you so much for helping me to truly feel beautiful!
