Quality hair , love the color (ash blonde with dark roots) , true match to how it looked on site . Easy install minimal customization needed ( little foundation). Soft hair with minimal shedding and virtually tangle free. Love it!

I was susceptible at first because I had been scammed with low quality wigs in the past with other companies. I watched youtube videos and looked at their reviews online and gave it shot. I was more than happy with the quality of the wig and now they have a customer for life! I received my wig in 3 days! My natural hair is falling out as a result of weight loss surgery. I needed something to make me feel and look better. This exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love the hair quality. I did take it to my stylist to have the hair trimmed and shaped to my face. Definitely will be ordering more! Fast delivery! The nightmare that i went through,,,,and I didn't even get my hair in the end. I received my hair 6 days following payment, good. However, the wig I recieved was completely different with a weird bang and was brown. I got in touch with the seller's only for them to not here my problems (which was odd) and just exchange it. I wanted to refund with deductions for shipping (remember this) but they were heavy on me just exchanging with the pay differences. For some reason, they didn't have shipping labels so I had to make my own as well as pay for that at my own post office. After waiting and confirming g they received it, they assured me that it would arrive and to write a nice review since they helped me and included a discount with no pay difference. I was more than happy to do this when I got the hair however i never received the hair and I got an email to write the review and I told them I needed to receive the hair to get a review. We more past that and they assure me that it is on its way. Days pass and I get an email on Feb.7th about a refunded...i was confused and reached out to them and they assured me that my exchange was fine. I received no email updates after that until Feb.13th when i got an email that they had "accidentally" marked it as a exchange, but would be happy to send me an invoice.. I pointed out how i asked them about this specific thing days ago, but they assured me it was okay. It is important to note that my whole two-part saga started Dec.31st and my last email was Valentine's Day. As nice as this hair is and i will may give them a second chance, I still need to warn you about how bad it can be. I am not too upset kinda since I tend to be that 1 in 100 person who gets the messed up order. The customer service was the worst part tho; they were efficient if responding to my first email, but all over the place and unhelpful at the same time if that makes sense?

I recently ordered a Brazillian straight hair wig 14 inch from this Company. It came in very reasonable time about 12 days, and when I opened the wig, it was simply beautiful. Very true to its length stated on website and hair quality very natural human hair. The part is also very natural looking. I did not have to do anything to this piece. Just cut the extra lace to my hair line and I was done. The piece was ready to wear. I would definitely order more wigs from this company in future. The price of human. Hair wigs are very reasonable price on this website. Unlike some companies you do not pay a arm or a leg to look beautiful and feel confident about your self.
