To clarify, Jerry helps compare and purchase policies from licensed insurance carriers, but the policy documents and declarations are generated by the carrier itself. In many cases, declarations are available quickly, but some carriers do take 1–3 business days to finalize and issue official documents. That said, the incorrect landlord address should not have happened, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We take situations like this seriously. After reviewing your account with our support team, we confirmed that the policy was active for one day before it was canceled, which is why the carrier applied a portion of the premium and required fees.
