Just like so many other people here, after I canceled I had a $144.00 charge pop up. I canceled because of a serious health condition and I could use or afford the service any longer. I am having to hit food banks to get by because I can't work so this is a disaster for me. I am going back and forth with them but they're saying I didn't cancel last year, which is not true. I am disputing the charge on my credit card ( which was not current but they managed to push through the charge anyway.

Very bad product, their plug in and cameras have power supply problems. Components fail on the board and the unit quits. This also happens to their cameras in less than one year for both DO NOT BUY !!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I was very impressed by the fact that you can have your own Library with which you can work in the bestcway. Specifically with citations, which now you can use properly in short time and precise. This, and its way of reasoning, makes Jenni.AI a very powerful help to any researcher or writer.

Helped me a lot during times of extreme writer's block! I think where Jenni really shines is the subtle AI interface, you don't really notice that and it doesn't get in the way of creative writing. Really smooth.
