I don't like it when subscriptions are renewed without prior notice. That doesn't give the customer a chance to cancel the subscription beforehand.

I took out an annual subscription, of course it automatically auto-renews and of course once never really used it and of course relealised it had auto-revewed. I highlight this to their team and they refused refund as i was 3 days out of their 7 day cancellation window, and i should have read their small print. Sometimes when you win you really loose

I’m very disappointed with the support experience from Jenni.ai. I was charged an unexpected auto-renewal fee in January, despite not receiving any prior notification or alert before payment date or in the first time when I inserted my payment data. I immediately reached out to their support team via email twice, kindly requesting a refund. Unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional for a company to ignore customer support emails, especially when it concerns billing issues. I’m sharing this to warn others to be careful with auto-renewals and to not expect timely support if anything goes wrong. Transparent communication and responsive customer service are crucial, and sadly, this company failed on both fronts

Their chat (not the actual main function) has been good for paraphrasing which is what I use it for. But for the past week they have been doing an update and it writes slower than my grandma on a keyboard … so save your money.
