I had a very complicated problem concerning changes of email address, lost account and many other issues. Kate from Jenny AI support worked over a weekend to fix them, gave clear and detailed prompts what shall I do and - after a long enquiry resolved the problem! I’ve used Jenni to do the draft of my PhD, and helped a lot, specially on the suggested comments and listing the bibliography in all different ways. I struggle (at least on the first versions, it’s been a while i don use it), when I export it to word, as the text/figures and formulas didn’t match exactly. Running it to latex worked but needed a step in the middle

I was very impressed by the fact that you can have your own Library with which you can work in the bestcway. Specifically with citations, which now you can use properly in short time and precise. This, and its way of reasoning, makes Jenni.AI a very powerful help to any researcher or writer.
