Absolutely terrible experience! Ordered dress after successful payment they were delaying the order Nd emailing me to send picture of my credit card and my ID. The dress have never arrived, money never returned. I have paid expedited shipping-what they write about it is it will take 3-6days. It is 14days since it was apparently shipped, there are no information, And when I am emailing JenJen House the only answer I got is to be more Patient. When I talked to the to the delivery company they told me there is no such tracking number. I would not recommend anyone to order here.

THE DRESS WAS HORRIBLY CHEAP AND NOTHING LIKE ON THE PICTURES. They changed the fabric for a cheaper one. The dress wasn't symmetrical and had many imperfections (dark spots, traces of the needle ON THE MAIN PART), the sewing was really bad. They force you to chose personalised measures, but the dress was awfully not adjusted. Then, they tell you to go spend extra money to adjust it again WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE SINCE WE PAID FOR IT. The customer service is really poor and doesn’t care about your opinion or your comments. They force you to reorder again even if you say no multiples of times. The photoshop all their pictures to make the dresses look expensive and totally glamourous, but the real version is absolutely cheap and not worth the price. It looked like it was done by amateurs. My dress looked like a red carpet dress on the website, but was more like a Halloween costume in real. They force you to keep the dress and don’t mind the mistakes done while sewing it, even if it prevents you from wearing it. PLEASE DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY AS IT IS A BIG SCAM. I TOTALLY SUGGEST YOU TO SHOP ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPENT SO MUCH MONEY FOR SOMETHING SO CHEAP AND NOT WORTH IT.

I ordered a dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. The dress arrived in plenty of time, was made very well, a good fit & a fantastic price!! I was very happy with my purchase & very happy to recommend. Regards Happy Mother of the Bride.

I bought 3 dresses from them and I only received 2 and they never refunded me for the 3rd dress!! I contact them so many time !!! Don't trust them!!! Do not trust this place!!! It's been a few months now and no refund and they had canceled my account!!!

Je étais satisfait de la rapidité de livraison. Le serre-tête est léger et très facile pour moi de régler la taille. Il correspond également à ma robe de mariée et je suis urgent d'attendre pour mon grand jour à venir!

Ich bin sehr begeistert vom Kleid! Ich habe die Farben Ivory und Champagner gewählt, da diese Farben sowohl im Anzug des Bräutigams, als auch im Anzug meines Sohnes vorkamen. Trotz der Unterfütterung mit Tüll, habe ich einen Reifrock getragen. Das lässt das Kleid wohlgeformter erscheinen. Ich habe eine Maßanfertigung bestellt und das Kleid passte wirklich wie angegossen! Also ihr Bräute von heute, traut euch! Es lohnt sich wirklich! Ich werde bald wieder hier bestellen.

Jeg har modtaget en kjole som i kvalitet ikke lever op til mine forventninger. Derfor vil jeg sende den retur og have mine penge igen. Men jeg har læst at jeg skal have en returseddel fra dem og ligge i, men det er åbenbart umuligt at få. De svarer ihvertfald ikke på mine henvendelser. Og jeg skal returnere kjolen inden 7 dage!!!! De har kontaktet mig og beklaget. Jeg har fået pengene tilbage og fået lov til at beholde kjolen. Øv øv så fik jeg sgu også lige en told regning på 392,- oven i !! Det står der ikke rigtig noget om på hjemmesiden😱

Da jeg skulle giftes besluttede jeg mig for at købe min kjole igennem JenJenHouse. Alle i min omgangskreds frarådet mig det, og mente at chancen var for stor til denne anledning. men.. og jeg må sige at jeg er glad for, at jeg holdt ved min beslutning. festen blev blandt andet huskede for den fanstatisk kjole. Fra bestillingen til modtagelse, fik jeg besked om status af min kjolen. og da jeg så modtog pakken og fik den at se, var jeg fuldstændig mundlam, den var så fantastisk flot, jeg har aldrig se så flot en kjole før. Jeg havde en syriske til back up, og da hun så den, roste hun hvor flot den sad på mig, og at syningerne var så professionelt lavet! på trods af de få pengene den kostede! Jeg kan ikke andet en anbefale det.
