JazwaresReviews of jazwares.com

It was my birthday yesterday and i thought id treat myself to a load of the new jazwares figures and plushies, however once i got home and opened everything as i was putting my Montgomery Gator together, when i put the shoulder pad on the upper arm just fully exploded off (its not broken broken) since the piece was too small to fit in perfectly. And my black/shadow mangles jaw had only one screw so its lower endo teeth came off and is kinda derpy (im getting replacements next week from the same shop so hopefully this doesnt happen again). Other than those mistakes, everything else i got was amazing and so CUTE!!! I nearly have every plush other than the toys and plushtrap AND the halloween ones which i cant find anywhere at the time of writing. Overall, i think jazware has done an amazing job with their FNAF merch, im loving it all! (except skinny, tall freddy like what is that about lol). I really recommend buy them even if they are a tad overpriced. Thank you jazware for the amazing items!

I ordered this cute item as a House Warming Gift! It came to my home first for me to see, and was very pleased at the appearance, so sent it on it's way to my a friend! I think she will Love It! ❤️ ( It was the purple flower plant) sold individually! Regret not purchasing the bundle offered! Thanks! 😊 Marie

I had a fantastic experience with Jazwares! I purchased an Avrilla doll from another website (Ubuy), and it was missing the virtual code. Jazwares went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I needed to provide proof of purchase and send photos of the packaging, but after that, they acted incredibly quickly and professionally. They provided the missing virtual code, and my child is now thrilled! I highly recommend Jazwares to everyone. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly care about their customers. Thank you, Jazwares, for your excellent support!

I accidentally ordered the wrong squishmallow, but contacted customer service and they fixed it before shipping. I received the correct items in a well-packed box, no issues. I would order from them again.

Have place 9 orders in total now over the last 6 months and had no problems until the last delivery 4 days ago....However....I emailed customer service and they responded the next day explaining they would sort my issues out without any fuss at all. Then within 4 days all my issues were resolved. You can't get any fairer than that. I would say the customer service was great as they consistently kept me updated.

I ordered a squishmallow bed for my cats that i needed to download a separate app in order to be able to "track my package." But when I attempted to "track my package", the app told me it had been delivered three days ago, only the package never actually arrived. I have contacted customer service in four different ways. From responding to the email that sent me a receipt, to scouring the website for means to contact jazwares. No one has responded. I am pretty sure I got scammed. Don't order anything from jazwares, ever. Just use Amazon for reliable deliveries and so that you can at least know which delivery service to contact if there is a mix up of some kind with your package.

Ordered 3 weeks ago Not shipped yet? still no reply from customer service I literally got scammed by a company warren buffet owns lol.

Spent over 500 dollars on 2 orders from the U.S. to the UK and they messed up my orders! Both of them! Squishmallows missing from 2 bundles I bought and special editions missing too! I have emailed them, messaged and asked for help a few days ago and they didn't reply. When the second parcel arrived yesterday, there were 3 items missing and this totally put me off to buy with them again! THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I want the dolls I bought! How can you guys trade and pack things without double checking first!? To take the money from my account they were pretty quick, but to reply and help with the issues that they caused? Forget about it... I DO NOT WISH FOR REFUNDS AND DO NOT WISH VOUCHERS. I WANT WHAT I BOUGHT AND WHAT YOU GLEEFULLY TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR!!! Orders: #201629 and #201648 Update: They have contacted me after I complained in all the channels that I could find and sent me replacements. The packaging for the replacements was better taken care off than my actual orders also, the squishmallows came in an appropriate sized box, not squished and packed with care. They sent me what was missing and sent me 2 freebies. I can't say I'm totally happy because the quality of 1 of the squishmallows that were missing from the bundle is horrible. The sewing job on the plushie is sloppy and it looks a bit wonky since it was sewn at the wrong places, but I'm satisfied with the resolution given and to be honest, I don't feel like contacting them again since the process was quite long (just to get their attention to begin with). I would say, be aware of this company. Even tho they helped me after I bugged them in more than 3 different channels, 1 of the items that I paid for still came in damaged and I would rather have had my 2 orders right on the first time around. I would buy again but in much smaller amounts.
