I ordered a squishmallow bed for my cats that i needed to download a separate app in order to be able to "track my package." But when I attempted to "track my package", the app told me it had been delivered three days ago, only the package never actually arrived. I have contacted customer service in four different ways. From responding to the email that sent me a receipt, to scouring the website for means to contact jazwares. No one has responded. I am pretty sure I got scammed. Don't order anything from jazwares, ever. Just use Amazon for reliable deliveries and so that you can at least know which delivery service to contact if there is a mix up of some kind with your package.

Contacted them twice for a simple return. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

Terrible customer service, releases rare limited edition squishmallows but doesn't even ship them outside of the USA, all-round terrible company that clearly doesn't care about their customers.

This company is terrible. Whoever is making decisions for them should be fired. They over produce most of their items and under produce certain ones they choose forcing collectors to have to pay outrageous rates if they want certain items. A TOY COMPANY DOING THIS? Product quality is not that great either and their QC is substandard.
